While Chestnut Growers, Inc. makes an effort to insure the accuracy of the information we provide, we are not responsible for availability, typographical errors, and technical inaccuracies, product pricing errors or omissions. Chestnut Growers, Inc. has the right to cancel any orders placed for any product listed at an incorrect price or shown with incorrect information, whether due to typographical error or otherwise and whether or not your order was accepted or your credit card charged. Upon any such cancellation, if your credit card has already been charged for the purchase, Chestnut Growers, Inc. will promptly issue a full credit to your account.
Shipping PolicyChestnut Growers, Inc. only ships fresh chestnuts nationwide – in the United States except for the following states: California, Oregon, and Washington. All other chestnut products are shipped throughout the United States.
Fast Ground Delivery: Please allow at least 8 to10 business days for delivery before calling on order status. You will be notified if we cannot ship within 10 days. Most orders are shipped Monday and Tuesday from our distribution center located in Leslie, Michigan. We ship your order using the most efficient method such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS and FedEx. With all shipments, you can be sure that the most economical shipping method is chosen unless another method is requested. UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Box numbers; please provide a complete street address for prompt delivery. Otherwise, USPS Priority Mail will be used to ship to P.O. Box numbers.
Shipping: Risk of Loss - In the event there is a loss or a claim needs to be filed, Chestnut Growers, Inc. will be happy to assist its customers and provide necessary contact and support.
All Items purchased from Chestnut Growers, Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Chestnut Growers, Inc. is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from shipment.
Refund PolicyYou and those who receive our chestnut products must be delighted, or we'll make it right with either an appropriate replacement or refund guaranteed. Always!!
