Our Chestnut Chips are a very unique product that is available nowhere else. This product will give our customers, for the first time, a ready to use chestnut that does not need to be refrigerated. Shelf life will be extended and shipping costs reduced so our customers will benefit from a convenient product that is easily stored and costs less to ship. We are excited about our newest product, Chestnut Chips. This product is thinly sliced chestnuts that are dehydrated. This process enables Chestnut Chips to have a very long shelf life. The Chips retain their buttery yellow color and rich sweet flavor. They can be added directly to recipes and cook up very quickly. They are delicious eaten right out of the bag and make a terrific snack.

For those who have an allergy to the gluten in wheat flour, chestnut flour is a great substitute. Persons with celiac can use chestnut flour, as it is gluten free.

Our fresh in-shell chestnuts are refrigerated immediately upon harvest. They are not left to dry out and mold under the tree or stacked in harvesting crates outside. Our attention to detail assures the highest possible quality of our chestnuts. Our competitors' chestnuts have to be shipped great distances, which allow them to dry out and mold. The growing conditions in the Midwest are ideal for the sweetest possible chestnut and we strive to have the shortest time possible from our growers' orchards to our customers' tables.
