Kuepper’s Chestnut Dressing

• 1 cup chestnuts, peeled
• 1/3 cup cider vinegar
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1 cup salad oil
• 1 teaspoon sugar

Chop chestnuts and dry in oven until crunchy. Place all ingredients in blender and adjust with salt and pepper. Serves 12.
